Dominic has extensive experience in small business development along with the research and economic development sectors. For over 25 years he has been developing, owning and managing small and medium-size businesses throughout New Zealand.

His expertise includes business planning, systems development, change management, staff culture, professional development, marketing and sales. A REACH certified practitioner, Dominic is globally recognised for using the leading people and culture performance ecosystem to help clients turn potential into performance.

Dominic has been a senior advisor at Advantage Business Ltd for over six years. Previously he has been a private consultant, has held Regional Manager and CEO positions in economic development and regional tourism organisations.

Dominic also has extensive governance experience with roles including, Board member of Regional Tourism Organisations NZ (RTONZ); Board member of the Classic New Zealand Wine Trail, Chairman of Experience, Mid Canterbury Tourism and Director at Advantage Business Ltd. He sits on numerous small business advisory boards and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.

Dominic is a passionate and experienced Kung Fu and Tai Chi teacher with over 30 years of experience. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, hunting, fishing and pottering on DIY projects.
