I focus our collective efforts on the few things that make a real difference. I work with the owner to prepare a logical plan that includes everything that must get done to achieve their business goals and that avoids activity traps that waste time and energy. Then I make sure that we all stay focused until the goal is achieved.

I have had the privilege of working in senior management roles and as a hands-on business advisor with more than 60 businesses in 8 countries over 35 years. I have gained a range of skills that I bring to my work with business owners and their teams:
