It is a requirement of Advantage Business Ltd that all our team shall conduct themselves in a professional manner and abide by the company’s Code of Ethics.
This Code requires all the team to ensure that:
- Dealings with clients are professional and consistent with the highest professional standards of facilitation, advice and client care at all times
- The legitimate interests of the client are paramount in any recommendations and advice given.
- The client's best interests are above any consideration for personal gain.
- Any conflicts between the team member's own interests and the client's business are disclosed and that any potential conflict of interest between different clients is disclosed to all parties.
- The confidentiality of the client's information is protected.
- In the course of their work, all legislative and legal requirements are met and clients are informed when the team member becomes aware of any breaches or potential breaches of compliance in the client's business
- Client contracts for services are clear, unambiguous and easily understood.
- Fair Trading and similar legislation is complied with and they do not solicit for clients in a manner that is misleading.
- Cultural values and differences are respected in all professional activities
- The team member shall not engage in any conduct that damages the integrity or professionalism of Advantage Business Ltd or any of the other team members.
