Craig has over 20 years of hands on experience as a senior manager, business owner and business advisor.

- Production, marketing and freighting companies in the Horticultural sector, producing and sourcing fresh cut flowers from around the world including New Zealand, for markets in the UK and Europe.
- Change programme Manager on a wide range of initiatives, both with SMEs and large multi national corporations, focussing on business start-ups, development and process improvement programmes incorporating both IT and non-IT projects.
- Quality Management Systems and works as a contract assessor for The Joint Accreditation Service of Australia and New Zealand.

An avid aviator he has owned a Cessna 182 for many years and has enjoyed over 1400 hours of flying time, usually to destinations to get into the bush or for a good scuba dive!
